Our seasonal menu celebrates plants and is by nature vegan. For the responsible omnivores, we also offer what we call 'viable fauna' which is our category of sustainable raised animal foods. In the interest of staying with what is seasonally available and to keep interest and passion in what we offer, the menu will change frequently.
